Inoculating your Cap'n Shrooms substrate is a breeze! Simply follow these steps:

1. Sterilize your work area and tools.
2. Wipe down your substrate bag or container with an alcohol swab.
3. Carefully inject your spore or liquid culture solution into the substrate using a sterile syringe or pipette.
4. Seal the injection site with a piece of micropore tape or similar material.

To ensure optimal mushroom growth, it's essential to maintain proper conditions during the colonization and fruiting stages. Keep the substrate in a warm, dark place while colonization occurs, with temperatures between 75°F and 80°F (24°C and 27°C). After colonization, transfer the substrate to a fruiting chamber or grow tent with controlled humidity and temperature. Maintain humidity levels between 85% and 95% and temperatures between 65°F and 75°F (18°C and 24°C). Be sure to provide proper air exchange and light exposure.
